AggieCon

I had a great time at AggieCon. As I've mentioned before, the best part of going to cons is always meeting new people and hanging out with friends I seldom see away from cons. Friday night I was lucky enough to have dinner and drinks with a lot of interesting people, including John Joseph Adams and his fiancé Christie Yant, Catherynne Valente, and some of Sam's long time friend's Katie and Chet Stauber. And it was great to have time to talk with some older friends like Patrice Sarath, Stina Leicht, Alex Martinez and his wife Sally, and a bunch of the great folks from FenCon. And since Sam Boyd also rode with me on the way down and back, I even had fun and interesting company on the drive. All in all, a very good time.
